12 Ways to Clean Up Your Vibration


A vibration can be seen as an energy level. When something vibrates at a lower frequency, it feels heavy like sadness, stress, and unforgiveness. Conversely, things vibrating at a higher frequency feel lighter, like happiness, joy, and contentment.


1. Forgiveness

   - Make peace with others and yourself. Give yourself closure; you do not need the other party to be involved to do this. Don’t put your healing on hold because you need someone to say sorry. Some people will purposely not give you closure to keep you attached, creating a karmic cycle. Step into your power and take that step for yourself. Moving forward holds more power than standing still. Accept your past, take the lessons, and forgive so it can be released. New and better experiences will come into your reality. Forgiveness is not for them; it's for you.


2. Celebrate Your Wins

   - Even the little wins matter. When there’s all work and no play, it is impossible to keep your cup full. The contents of your cup are for you. Keep it full so that it may overflow with blessings. Every win is a celebration, not just because it’s a win, but because of all the hard work that went into achieving it.


3. Be Patient

   - Progress comes with patience. Enjoy the journey and realize you’ve hit some major milestones. Remember, you climb a mountain by putting one foot in front of the other. Sometimes you need a break, which is part of the ebb and flow, but it doesn’t mean stopping completely or rushing. Pace yourself; the universe’s timing is always perfect. Let the universal love of transformation move according to its rhythm.


4. Ground Yourself

   - Grounding keeps you from making major decisions based on temporary emotions. Remember, you can only control yourself, not others. Grounding brings peace and tranquility, providing you with a peace of mind.


5. Gratitude

   - You receive more when you appreciate what you have and are content with where you are by looking at how far you’ve come. It’s beneficial to create a short gratitude list daily or periodically. Don’t let too much time go by without giving thanks for what you have acquired. Your gratitude is always recognized.


6. Accountability

   - Change the narrative by changing your perspective on accountability. Rise above being the victim. If you see red flags, protect your energy in all situations. Sometimes, we are attached to problems, people, or addictions that no longer serve us. This is normal. Eventually, it will be time to move on and put a plan together. Understand that if you choose to ignore the cue to move, no one else can be blamed. We often position ourselves in situations, places, and around people that are not beneficial to our growth. You are no longer a victim; you are a victor. Have compassion for yourself.


7. Boundaries

   - Setting healthy boundaries keeps you in a healthy, giving, and receptive mode without becoming overwhelmed or overused. It allows you to give or perform acts of service without over-giving. Remember, what you put out is what you get back. Do not give to others with regrets or if you do not have it to give.


8. Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

   - Most things we want are not located where we are. Let go of toxic people, places, and things. You may need to move, make that video, or rent that office space. Yes, people will be watching, and perhaps they were meant to watch. Find a way to make that necessary connection to your inner self. Just do something new. There’s no growth in comfort.


9. Keep Your Heart Open

   - Build your connection with the divine. Sometimes, life gets hard, but you are never alone. Your heart is the seat of your soul. When things get hard, it is time to come back to center and connect with your heart. Meditate, do some yoga, or go out in nature. Create a heart-centered practice. Spirit will remind you that all situations are temporary. This too shall pass.


10. Love Yourself

    - Recite affirmations reminding you that you are a beautiful being of light. "I am worthy. I am beautiful." Your thoughts of yourself will start to change. Work on being yourself; people are drawn to those who are authentic. You are unique and there’s nothing to be ashamed of. Honor yourself; you will always be the strongest influencer in your corner. Build your confidence. Operate in the energy of self-approval so that you are not seeking validation elsewhere. Practice self-awareness to identify what you are capable of. Believe it because you can make anything happen!


11. Mindfulness and Meditation

    - Practicing mindfulness and meditation helps you stay present in the moment, reducing stress and promoting a higher vibration. Take a few minutes each day to focus on your breathing, observe your thoughts without judgment, and simply be. This practice can help clear your mind, making space for positivity and higher-frequency emotions.


12. Healthy Lifestyle Choices

    - Your physical health significantly impacts your vibration. Incorporate healthy eating, regular exercise, and adequate sleep into your routine. Nourishing your body with wholesome foods and staying active can elevate your energy levels, making it easier to maintain a high vibration. Additionally, reducing or eliminating substances that lower your vibration, such as alcohol or processed foods, can have a profound impact on your overall well-being.



If your major priority is happiness you will attract that in all forms.
